Create BAI which requires other Software Instance before is created

Hi All,
I need help on creating a business application instance for a business application which comprises of say about five software instances. I found out from the forum that I can use a Requires statement however I can never get it working. I know the TPL attached is not complete but I am stuck because I get the error that the “Pattern CUR is not defined on line 28’. Can anyone guide me on how I can get it working or point me to where I can get a sample BAI template that requires other software instances before is created?
